Built on a 20-year legacy started by TNR Industrial Doors, Hörmann is proud to offer rubber doors proven to be solutions for the most demanding door openings like those in waste management environments.  Hörmann’s patented HD SERIES rubber door systems are proven as successful solutions for odor control and minimizing the effects of accidental door impact in transfer stations, recycling operations, and composting.

HD-CD 3025 Springless Chain Drive & HD-DD 3065 Direct Drive

For higher-cycle openings that require odor control and are susceptible to accidental vehicle impact, we recommend either the HD-CD 3025 or the HD-DD 3065. Due to the corrosive environment, for composting areas the HD-CD 3025 with special anti-corrosion treatment is recommended.

HD-SD 3050 Chain Drive High-Speed Door

Providing a faster closing speed and supporting greater daily cycles, this model is similar to the HD-SD 3020 but with a high-performance, high-cycle operator as well as higher cycle counterbalance springs.

HD-SD 3020 Chain Drive Economy Sprung Door

The HD-SD 3020 is an economical door solution for low-use openings that still require odor control and are susceptible to accidental vehicle impact.

HDXL Chain Drive Sprung Door

With a drive system like the HD-SD 3050, the extra-large HDXL is typically installed on low-cycle door openings.  It’s a very heavy door that operates with large sets of counterbalance springs and a high-performance chain drive operator.
